Initial Consultation - Therapy is effective in the context of a healing therapeutic relationship. It is essential
to find a therapist that you feel is the right fit for you. Please feel free to contact me for a 20-minute phone consultation to decide if we are a good match to begin therapy.
Rates - My regular rate is $120 per 50-minute session for individuals. Rates for group therapy vary. Individual therapy generally takes place once a week, although the frequency and length of session may vary depending on individual needs. Meeting every other week and/or longer sessions (75 or 100 minutes) are also available.
Sliding Scale - I also offer some reduced-fee slots. Please inquire about my sliding scale to know more.
Payment Options - Payment can be made by check or cash at the time of each appointment.
Insurance - Though I do not accept insurance directly, your insurance carrier may reimburse you for
out-of-network providers. I can provide you with a monthly Superbill (receipt of services) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance.
You will need to check with your plan to see if they reimburse for services rendered by an out-of-network LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), and verify the coverage and deductible amount per calendar year.
