"Dreaming in Color"
- A Dream Group for Men and Women

Dreams are a gateway to our deeper selves, helping us to see what is calling for change or resolution. Dreams become a portal into a free-flowing awakening within ourselves.  Do you feel called to to slow down, go inward and recover what you already know. A 5-week dream group is an opportunity to discover the special teachings your dreams hold for you.

All levels are welcome – from those who seldom recall their dreams, to experienced journal keepers and/or lucid dreamers. We will enjoy exploring how sharing and bearing witness to each others’ dreams can bring us more deeply into our essence.

In a caring and safe environment, you will have the opportunity to:

• practice silence and deep listening
• cultivate clarity, compassion and strength
• develop greater awareness and tolerance for self and others
• explore the edges of intimacy
• experience gratitude
• discover the power of giving and receiving witness

Women of any age, sexual orientation, ethnicity or religious background are welcome. The private and confidential group has space for 7 members.
"Where Worlds Collide: Migration Stories"
- A Group for Men and Women

Do you feel “at home” in many places, yet find it difficult to define or talk about where “home” is?  Did you have a cross-cultural childhood or young adulthood because you grew up outside of your passport country or country of birth?

The intention of this group is to affirm the uniqueness of each participant’s personal migration story by providing a supportive environment to bear witness and share feelings of displacement and/or restlessness. Participants will explore the challenges and benefits of growing up cross-culturally. Themes that will be addressed include:

the meaning of home and belonging
racial and cultural identity
cultural chameleon/hidden immigrant
expanded worldview
relationship to authority
grief over hidden losses
relationship patterns impacted by moving
resiliency and strength

Our life is composed greatly from dreams, from the unconscious, and they must be brought into connection with action. They must be woven together.
