Individual Holistic Psychotherapy
My work is rooted in somatic psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS). As a Certified IFS Therapist, I integrate this transformative methodology as the primary lens and approach through which I support healing and self-discovery. Other modalities, such as Brainspotting, attachment-focused EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Polyvagal Theory, Hakomi, Gestalt Dreamwork, Voice Dialogue, Psychotherapeutic Reiki, and movement and expressive arts practices may be interwoven to deepen and augment the IFS process, tailoring the work to your unique needs. As a relational, depth, somatic, trauma-informed therapist, my practice is rooted in compassion, inclusivity, and cultural humility. These integrative frameworks allow us to address the mind-body-spirit continuum and the complex interplay of trauma, attachment, and identity, helping you access greater clarity, resilience, and wholeness.
I approach therapy with the belief that all parts of you are welcome.
Together, we’ll create a collaborative space where the intelligence behind your patterns can be honored. With new awareness and self-compassion, new choices and pathways can emerge. This process is not just about alleviating symptoms; it’s about cultivating a richer relationship with yourself and the world around you, so that you can live a life that feels authentic, aligned, and whole.
